1. General description
 NTFZ is the  lifting, milling and material transferring equipment for fluid bed  dryer/granulator, it is widely used for transferring and feeding materials in  pharmaceutical industry. It transfers the dried granule materials from the  container of fluid be dryer/granulator, and then transfers the materials to  next process such as blender bin or sifter after the material is milled.

2. Work principle
 This equipment  consists of NTF Fixed Pharma Lifter and KZL miller. When working, lock the cone  hopper and the container of fluid bed dryer/ granulator, and press the lifting  button to lift the container, then press the invert button to invert the  container 180°. Release the  brake and rotate the post to needed position, then descend the container to  work height, start the miller, and open butterfly valve. After last transfer  the milled material to the next process.

3. Features of the equipment
 1. Structure is  reasonable, performance is stable, operation is convenient, no dead corner or  exposed nut bolt.
 2. There is  special device for avoiding misoperation in butterfly valve. It is convenient  to dismantle, and operation is safe.
 3. The miller can  raise and descend to any height with cone hopper, it is convenient to dock with  the equipment of next process. It can avoid the dust flying and cross  contamination effectively. The process is improved and it completely meets with  the requirements of GMP.
