1.  General description
 NTD Pharma Bin Lifter is mainly used for  transferring and loading powder and granules materials in pharmaceutical  industry. It can reduce the cross contamination and dust flying, and reduce the  labor intensity, It is a ideal equipment for transferring solid material. And  it also is widely used in chemical and food industry.

2.  Work principle
 This equipment consists of chassis, post  and lifting system. When working, push the bin that loaded with material on the  lift fork carriage, and then press the lift button to lift the bin. When the  bin reaches the needed position, rotate the chassis to connect the bin with  next equipment, then open the butterfly valve to discharge the materials to the  next process.

3.  Features of the equipment
 1. This is no dead corner inside the bin,  inner surface is smooth and easy to clean.
 2. There is sealing device for bin. Lock in  reliable. When working there is no dust flying or leakage, so cross  contamination is controlled effectively.
 3. It completely meets the requirements of  GMP.
 4. It can connect with equipment of next  process by flexible pipe, or use automatic discharge valve according client’s  requirements.
 5. It can lift different models of bins.
